Caelum Search Group, Inc. is seeking an Associate to join our growing boutique executive search firm. This role is well suited to a recent post secondary graduate who is looking to build a long-term professional career in a high-performance, intellectually engaging environment while living in Barrie or the surrounding area.
We work with some of the top investors in North America, supporting the build-out of executive leadership teams for rapidly growing middle-market companies. Executive search is a form of management consulting that requires rigorous research, critical thinking, and strong judgment. As an Associate, you will work closely with senior recruiters and gain exposure to senior executives, investors, and complex business situations.
This is an in-office role based in Barrie. We operate out of a professional, well-appointed office, offer an attractive benefits plan, and place real importance on maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We work hard, enjoy working together, and take pride in doing thoughtful, high-quality work.
The firm is growing, and this role offers meaningful advancement opportunities over time, with the ability to scale responsibility and compensation as you develop.

- Creating and posting job advertisements
- Reviewing candidate applications and qualifying candidates against client requirements

- Conducting in-depth market, company, and industry research
