WSS is growing and looking for hardworking individuals to join our Concrete Division. We perform commercial and industrial concrete work throughout Manitoba and Saskatchewan, including grade beams, foundations, slabs, and site concrete for pre-engineered steel buildings.
Positions Available
- Concrete Labourers
- Concrete Finishers
- Concrete lead hands
What You'll Be Doing
- Forming and placing grade beams and foundations
- Concrete flatwork including slabs, sidewalks, and aprons
- Rebar installation and layout
- Operating power tools and concrete equipment
- Finishing and curing concrete
- Reading plans and layout drawings (lead hand/foreman positions)
- Working safely and efficiently as part of a team
What We're Looking For
- Experience in commercial concrete construction is an asset
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work
- Leadership experience for Lead Hand and Foreman positions
