We are seeking a compassionate, highly organized, and hands-on Manager to lead our trauma and biohazard cleaning operations. This role combines team leadership, job management, and active field work, ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and with the highest level of professionalism.
This is not an entry-level role. Prior experience in trauma cleaning, biohazard remediation, restoration, or a closely related field is mandatory. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.
You will lead crews, manage operations, and step in on job sites when needed, especially on complex or sensitive cleanups. This is a role for someone who can both run the business and do the work.
A criminal record check is mandatory for this position.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Oversee and manage all trauma, biohazard, and specialty cleaning jobs from intake to completion
Lead, schedule, and support technicians and crew leads
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling situations with care, empathy, and professionalism
Conduct site assessments, create job scopes, and coordinate execution
Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and regulatory standards
Maintain strict protocols for handling and disposing of biohazardous materials
Perform and assist with hands-on cleaning work, especially on complex or high-demand jobs
Maintain high standards of quality control and job completion
Train, onboard, and mentor team members
Manage inventory, equipment, and supply needs
Handle scheduling, logistics, and job coordination
Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and communication
What We’re Looking For
Mandatory: Proven experience in trauma cleaning, biohazard remediation, restoration, or similar field
Strong leadership and team management experience
Willingness to be hands-on in the field regularly
Deep understanding of safety protocols and hazardous material handling
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in emotionally sensitive situations
Physically capable of handling demanding labour when required
Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
Flexible availability, including on-call situations
Valid driver’s license required
Additional assets:
WHMIS, OSHA, or biohazard certifications
Experience in operations or service-based business management
