What Will You Do?
- Manage and grow an existing book of business within the HVAC sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and engineering firms.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory.
- Conduct customer presentations and product demonstrations.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order flow and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and the competitive landscape.
- Travel within Canada and occasionally to the U.S. to support customers and drive business growth.
What Do You Bring?
- 3+ years of experience in sales or account management in the Commercial HVAC field.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to manage accounts while also pursuing new business.
- Comfortable presenting to customers and representing a brand externally.
- Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive, go-getter mindset.
- A valid passport and the ability to travel within Canada and the U.S.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Pay: $61,492.43-$134,758.50 per year
