These are the following responsibilities as an Office Assistant:
- Schedule appointments
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Efficient problem-solving skills
- Comfortable answering phone calls
- Bill to insurance companies and follow up payments
- Assist physiotherapists with client care
- Follow office policies and procedures
- Contribute to a hygienic environment in compliance with the clinic's cleanliness
- Small laundry work
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Providing excellent customer service
Candidates who have prior experience in a clinic are preferred.
