Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Take orders for drinks, food, and hookah, and ensure timely service
- Handle bottle service presentation and table management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas
- Upsell menu items and promotions (hookah, drinks, specials)
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Follow all health, safety, and liquor service guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous serving or bottle service experience preferred
- Must have valid ProServe (Alberta) certification
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, nightlife environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Assets (Nice to Have):
- Experience in lounges, bars, or nightclubs
- Knowledge of hookah service
- Sales or upselling experience
