Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and professional Bouncer to maintain a safe and secure environment at our venue. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring guest behavior, enforcing entry policies, and ensuring the safety of all patrons and staff. This role requires a strong presence, excellent judgment, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism. Prior experience in law enforcement, security, or surveillance is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Monitor guest activity to prevent disturbances and ensure compliance with venue policies
- Enforce age restrictions and verify identification at entry points
- Conduct security checks and pat-downs when necessary
- Respond promptly to incidents or conflicts, de-escalating situations effectively
- Maintain a visible presence to deter inappropriate behavior and promote safety
- Utilize CCTV surveillance systems to monitor premises continuously
- Collaborate with security team members and management to uphold safety standards
- Document incidents accurately and report any suspicious activities or violations
Skills
- Strong understanding of law enforcement principles and security protocols
- Experience with surveillance technology, including CCTV operation and monitoring
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques to protect property and assets
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations tactfully
- Effective communication skills for interacting with guests, staff, and law enforcement if needed
- Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and respond quickly when required
