Plant Operator
Berger is looking for a Plant Operator at our Hadashville location. In this versatile role, you’ll provide operational support across the site, helping wherever needed to keep production running smoothly.
JOB SUMMARY:
- Provide coverage and support for various positions throughout the plant;
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including loading and unloading trucks;
- Ensure work is completed in accordance with company safety standards and procedures;
- Support production needs and contribute to overall site productivity;
- Adapt to changing priorities and tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Experience in driving a forklift, tractor, or a loader is an asset;
- You are punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude;
- Flexible to change tasks quickly throughout the day;
- Commited to following workplace health and safety guidelines;
- Previous experience in manufacturing, industrial, or outdoor work environments;
- Available to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, and nights.
