You must be 25 years or older, have a valid BZ licence, a clean drivers abstract, and minimum 5 years coach driving experience. You must be eligible to drive and work in Canada and the U.S. and possess a valid passport.
Drivers will operate out of our Port Perry location to destinations within Canada and the U.S.
Job Duties
- Safely operate a motor coach in all types of weather and traffic conditions
- Assist with a wide variety of passengers and/or luggage.
- Complete daily vehicle inspection and ELDs (electronic driver logs)
- Perform high standards of customer service
- Comply with legislative requirements, traffic rules and regulations and corporate policies and procedures
- Other duties assigned as required
- Represent DeNure Tours in a positive, professional manner at all times
Requirements
- Knowledge of the principles of coach operations with emphasis on safety and driving courtesy
- Ability to establish and maintain good public relations
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays in all types of weather conditions
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Good knowledge of how to use text, email and internet
