Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Contract Finish Carpenter for a 2-5 month project. The ideal candidate must have their own hand and power tools and possess a strong background in finish carpentry. This role involves working on-site to complete detailed interior and exterior finish work, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to project specifications. Candidates should be experienced in various aspects of construction and woodworking, with the ability to interpret schematics and blueprints accurately. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to execute precise finish carpentry work
- Install cabinets, doors, trim, molding, and other woodwork with attention to detail
- Lay flooring and tile, ensuring proper alignment and finishing
- Handle concrete forming, rebar installation, siding, roofing, and masonry tasks as needed
- Execute construction painting, caulking, and sealing to meet project standards
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various carpentry tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality expectations
Experience
- Proven experience in finish carpentry or related construction fields such as woodworking or cabinetry installation
- Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools essential for detailed carpentry work
- Knowledge of concrete forming, masonry, roofing, siding, flooring installation, tile laying, and rebar installation preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary and work efficiently on-site for extended periods

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
