The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly driven and organized AI Product Manager to help move projects from ideas into execution.
This is an early-career opportunity for someone who wants direct exposure to entrepreneurship, AI implementation, business operations, and venture building.
You will work closely with Astrix leadership, founders, clients, technical specialists, and external partners. You will help analyze businesses, organize projects, document processes, coordinate implementation, and ensure that commitments turn into completed work.
This is not a narrow corporate project-coordination role. We are looking for someone resourceful who can wear multiple hats, learn quickly, and create structure when the path is not completely defined.
What You’ll Do
- Help manage AI, automation, business-transformation, and venture-building projects.
- Turn broad ideas into organized plans, milestones, deliverables, and next steps.
- Coordinate work between leadership, clients, developers, specialists, and external partners.
- Analyze business processes and identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
- Document workflows, business requirements, decisions, and project progress.
- Prepare meeting agendas, capture action items, and follow up with owners.
- Track deadlines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and outstanding decisions.
- Research industries, technologies, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Assist with testing, implementation, training, and adoption of new systems.
- Help evaluate businesses and projects applying to work with Astrix.
- Build internal templates, operating procedures, dashboards, and project-management systems.
- Step into operational gaps and take ownership when something needs to get done.
What We’re Looking For
- One to three years of experience in project coordination, project management, business analysis, operations, consulting, technology, or a related area.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High energy, curiosity, and a genuine interest in entrepreneurship and technology.
- Evidence that you can take initiative without waiting for detailed instructions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to turn incomplete information into a practical next step.
- Confidence working with executives, founders, clients, and technical contributors.
- Good judgment, attention to detail, and personal accountability.
- Comfort learning AI tools, automation platforms, and unfamiliar business systems.
- A low-ego, highly coachable approach to feedback and professional growth.
- A university degree or diploma in business, technology, operations, project management, or a related discipline.
Considered an Asset
- CAPM, PMP coursework, Scrum, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or another project-management certification.
- Experience in a startup, small business, consulting firm, accelerator, or fast-growing organization.
- Experience building a business, freelancing, launching a project, or organizing an entrepreneurial initiative.
- Experience documenting business requirements or mapping operational workflows.
- Familiarity with Notion, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, Zoho, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, ChatGPT, Claude, or automation platforms.
- Experience with dashboards, financial analysis, reporting, or business cases.
Who Will Thrive Here
You are ambitious, practical, and eager to learn how businesses are built and scaled.
You do not need every step explained before getting started. You ask intelligent questions, develop an initial recommendation, and improve it through feedback.
You enjoy variety and are comfortable moving between project coordination, research, business analysis, documentation, client communication, and hands-on execution.
You value speed, but you do not sacrifice accuracy. You bring structure without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy.
Most importantly, you want responsibility. You see an early-stage environment as an opportunity to grow rather than a reason to wait for someone else to solve the problem.
Contract and Growth Opportunity
The successful candidate will initially join Astrix under a six-month fixed-term employment contract.
During this period, success will be evaluated based on ownership, reliability, learning speed, quality of execution, communication, and the ability to help projects move forward.
Strong performance may lead to a permanent full-time position with expanded responsibility and compensation as Astrix grows. This is an opportunity to earn a larger role by helping build the organization from an early stage.
Why Join Astrix
- Work directly with experienced entrepreneurs and active business operators.
- Learn how companies are analyzed, improved, automated, financed, and scaled.
- Gain exposure to multiple businesses, industries, technologies, and business models.
- Participate in real implementation—not just presentations and recommendations.
- Develop practical experience in AI, automation, project management, and venture operations.
- Help shape the operating systems and culture of an emerging venture studio.
- Take on increasing responsibility based on demonstrated performance.
