We are looking for a hungry, driven, and highly communicative Sales Representative to join our team. Compensation & Financial Upside
- Base Salary: $50,000/year + commision
- Year 1 Expected On-Track Earnings (OTE): $65,000 (Base + realistic Year 1 commissions)
- Year 2 Expected OTE: $75,000+
- Uncapped Potential: Our commission is completely uncapped, the more clients you obtain the more commission you make.

What You Will Do
- Prospect & Close: Actively source, pitch, and close new business accounts across the GTA to build your custom book of business.
- Account Management: Act as the trusted brand consultant for new clients and assigned Wearables.ca house accounts, managing orders from initial quote to final delivery.
- Consultative Selling: Meet with local businesses, understand their branding/apparel needs, and deliver tailored product solutions.
- Local Travel: Balance your time between our Ajax showroom and hitting the road to meet clients face-to-face.
What We Are Looking For
- The Sales Drive: 1–3 years of sales experience (B2B, industrial, retail, or hospitality) with a proven track record of hitting targets and handling rejection with a positive attitude.
- Relationship Builder: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You know how to build rapport quickly over the phone, via email, and in person.
- Organization: Strong time-management skills to balance outbound prospecting with active order management.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with GSuite, Adobe Illustrator or similar artwork software is an asset
- Logistics: Must possess a valid Ontario Driver's License and have regular access to a reliable, insured vehicle for local client visits.
