Site Services Labourer - 2026-106
Eldorado Gold Saskatchewan | Foran (TSX:ELD) is seeking a Site Services Labourer to join our growing McIlvenna Bay team. This is a full-time position based at the McIlvenna Bay site working a 7/7 rotation. This position is open to candidates who reside within 150 km of the McIlvenna Bay site or who can travel using our company shuttle from Saskatoon or Prince Albert. No additional travel subsidy is provided.

As part of the Site Services Team, the Site Services Labourer is responsible for supporting the overall upkeep and cleanliness of all surface areas and infrastructure supporting the MBO project site. The Site Services Labourer will assist with day-to-day tasks to ensure a safe, efficient operation of the site roads, waste, water, concentrator, maintenance facilities and camp.
Job Responsibilities:

Perform daily inspections of camp facilities, roads, concentrator areas, site infrastructure, and the lagoon, reporting deficiencies to the Site Services Supervisor.

Monitor and record water usage, water meters, fuel, and propane levels, and refill water tanks as required.

Fuel, lubricate, and perform minor maintenance on site equipment, generators, light plants, trailers, and company vehicles.

Collect, transport, and dispose of waste, maintain garbage collection areas, and support site waste management activities.

Maintain parking areas, roads, walkways, and doorways through seasonal upkeep, including snow removal and ice control.

Refill water stations, maintain camp supplies, and monitor inventory levels of general-use items.

Transport personnel, materials, and equipment, and support camp and warehouse operations, including loading and unloading deliveries.

Assist tradespeople, including carpenters, welders, and plumbers, with general labour and maintenance activities.

Assist with confined space maintenance work as required.

Provide general operational support to the Site Services Supervisor and other departments as required.
Job Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 18 years of age.

Valid Class 5 driver’s license.

Previous camp or remote site experience is an asset.

Strong work ethic, safety mindset, and ability to work in a team environment.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable performing physical labour in varying weather conditions.

Adaptability to remote camp living.
