Our company is searching for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Office Manager. The Office Manager will work directly with C-level Executives and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. Job Responsibilities
As part of your role you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Packaging, tracking and delivering for online and other orders.
- Monitoring Inventory stock level.
- Open and close the storefront daily.
- Process improt/export shipment and documentation.
- Collect, analyze online sales data, and create weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Ordering supplies to ensure office and business smooth operation.
- Check the mailbox each week.
- Keep areas clean and maintained.
- Bookkeeping duties and creating Invoices and Receipts on Sage50. Collaborate with accountant to do the monthly reconciliation.
- Organize monthly folders (Expenses, Income & Statements) - prep folders for each month.
Office Manager Requirements
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken), and Chinese preffered.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- At least 1 year of experience in Administration.
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent.
