Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, based on experience

Red Sands is seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our growing team. We service a portfolio of vacation rentals, residential homes, and commercial properties across Prince Edward Island.

What You’ll Do
- Clean and maintain vacation rentals, residential properties, and commercial spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all areas of assigned properties
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and common areas
- Change bed linens and manage laundry requirements for vacation rental properties
- Restock supplies and report inventory needs
- Remove garbage and dispose of waste properly
- Ensure every property meets Red Sands’ high standards before guest arrivals or client inspections
- Report maintenance concerns or property issues when identified
- Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Previous cleaning experience is considered an asset but is not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the day
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel within your assigned service area (mileage reimbursed)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
