We’re a fast-growing residential painting company looking for a confident, independent sales rep to generate estimate appointments by knocking doors around active job sites.
This is NOT a management job.
This is a performance role for someone who wants control over their income.
What You’ll Do:
- Knock 75–125 targeted homes per shift
- Introduce our painting services
- Book qualified estimate appointments
- Report results daily
That’s it.
Pay:
- $75 per qualified estimate (homeowner must show)
- Top reps book 5–10 per week
- $1,500–$3,000+/month part-time is realistic
No cap.
You Must Be:
- Comfortable talking to strangers
- Mentally tough with rejection
- Self-motivated (no supervision)
- Available evenings (5–8 PM)
- Have reliable transportation
- Able to work in all weather: cold, hot, rainy.

- People who need micromanagement
- People afraid of rejection
- People looking for a desk job
