RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble, review, and verify invoices and payment requests for accuracy.
- Sort, code and match invoices; set up invoices for payment.
- Enter and upload invoices and payment transactions into the financial system.
- Prepare and perform check runs; reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments from tenants and to vendors.
- Research and resolve discrepancies related to invoices and payments.
- Maintain accurate vendor and client files, responding to inquiries as needed.
- Generate regular reports on accounts payable and receivable status, including outstanding balances.
- Provide supporting documentation for audits and maintain accurate historical records.
- Organize financial documentation and maintain orderly records to facilitate ease of access and accuracy
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Familiarity with general accounting procedures.
- Proficient in data entry and management.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- 1-3 years accounts payable, accounts receivable or general accounting.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills for vendor and tenant correspondences.
