Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Foreman to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role. The successful candidate will be expected to manage projects and crews while also working on-site when needed. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day residential renovation projects
- Coordinate trades, materials, and schedules
- Perform hands-on work including:
- Light framing
- Drywall installation and repairs
- General carpentry
- Finishing work
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
- Communicate with clients and management professionally
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
Experience
- Experience leading construction crews
- Strong knowledge of residential renovations
- Experience with framing and drywall
- Ability to read drawings and problem solve on site
- Reliable transportation
- Punctual, organized, and dependable
- Valid Working at Heights certification or willingness to complete the course
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in full home renovations
- Basic knowledge of electrical/plumbing coordination
- Ability to train and manage junior workers
