About the Position
Expect Care Inc. is seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide in-home care for a client in Newmarket recovering from motor vehicle accident injuries.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Meal preparation
- Assist with mobility and exercises as directed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Accompany the client to physiotherapy appointments every Tuesday
Requirements:
- Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate or equivalent healthcare training
- Valid Police Vulnerable Sector Check
- Work Permit if applicable
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle is a strong asset
- Comfortable driving/accompany the client to physiotherapy appointments every Tuesday
Pay: $19.20-$20.00 per hour
