Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background, with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain various systems and equipment. This role will also require candidate to work independently and allow for a flexible schedule.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on major household appliances, possibly troubleshoot other common household mechanical issues
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and improve overall efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed, including parts used and time spent on tasks.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems
- Ability to work independently
