Building Maintenance
We are currently seeking a full-time experienced maintenance person to oversee the daily maintenance operations of our multi-family apartment building in Saskatoon.
What You’ll Be Doing
This position is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of multi-family residential rental properties. You will be the first point of contact for tenant maintenance requests and play a key role in keeping our properties safe, functional, and well maintained.
Key areas of responsibility include:
· Respond to and resolve tenant maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
· Conduct routine building inspections and perform preventative maintenance.
· Troubleshoot and diagnose a wide range of maintenance issues.
· Repair and restore units to their original condition after tenants have moved out.
· Maintain inventory of equipment and tools and keep in good working order.
· Maintain and monitor an outdoor pool during the summer months.
What We're Looking For:
· Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in building or residential maintenance.
· Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
· Reliable, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities.
· Excellent communication and customer service.
· Able to work on call evenings/weekends (as necessary)
· Valid driver’s license
· Proactive and ability to work independently

Pay: $62,500.00-$72,500.00 per year
