About the Role
We are looking for a driven, self-starting Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for the hands-on assembly of our professional exterior cleaning equipment, including pure water filtration systems and telescopic carbon fiber poles.
This role requires a balance of consistency, focus, and adaptability. You will handle repetitive daily production runs and are expected to maintain a steady, efficient build pace while keeping your workspace impeccably clean and organized. However, this is not a mindless assembly line—we rely on your exceptional mechanical aptitude and critical thinking. When we introduce a new product, we need someone who can figure out the most logical way to assemble it. Additionally, when things get busy, you must be able to work well under pressure, switch gears quickly if production priorities change, and reliably log your work through our internal software systems.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Quality Control:
- Execute standard production runs of single and multistage pure water systems.
- Accurately measure and fill filter cartridges with resin.
- Assemble carbon fiber poles and brush attachments.
- Measure, cut, and prepare tubing and plumbing fittings.
- Perform rigorous water testing on completed equipment to ensure zero leaks and flawless operation.
- Package and box finished products and components for shipping or inventory.
- Utilize internal manufacturing modules and inventory tracking systems to log completed builds, manage build orders, and update component stock.
- Maintain a clean, highly organized, and tidy workspace at all times to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Maintain strict focus and a consistent, highly productive build pace throughout the day.
- Smoothly transition between different production items as daily priorities and demands shift.
- Communicate proactively regarding inventory levels and report any recurring production issues.
Critical Thinking & New Product Assembly:
- Apply strong mechanical abilities to assemble and prototype new product lines.
- Troubleshoot build processes and suggest practical improvements for efficiency.
- Take minimal instructions on a new build and figure out the mechanics of putting it together reliably.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Computer Literate: Comfortable interacting with manufacturing modules and software platforms to track inventory and daily production data.

- Focus & Consistency: You can lock in on repetitive tasks, maintain a steady output pace, and ensure quality never slips.
- Adaptable Under Pressure: You keep a cool head during busy stretches and can pivot to new production tasks immediately when asked.
- Exceptional Mechanical Aptitude: You have a natural understanding of how things go together and can work with basic hand and power tools comfortably and safely.
- Specific Experience: Familiarity with plumbing fittings, tubing, or basic water systems is a major asset.
- Critical Thinker: You don't just follow instructions blindly; you understand why parts fit together and can problem-solve when assembling new items.
- Self-Starter: You take initiative. You see what needs to be done on the production floor and execute it without waiting for direction.
- Independent Worker: You thrive with minimal supervision and can manage your own time effectively to meet production targets.
