We are currently seeking Heavy Equipment Operators (Dozer, Excavator, Compactor) for a Bridge and Earthworks construction project in the Lloydminster area of Alberta.
About the Role:
As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating equipment such as excavators, dozers, or compactors. Successful candidates must have a strong safety mindset and experience in heavy civil construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment efficiently and safely on active construction sites
- Conduct pre-operational checks and basic maintenance on equipment
- Follow directions from supervisors and work collaboratively with the crew
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
- Assist with general labour duties as required
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction environment
- Reliable transportation to site
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- GPS Experience considered an asset
