Job Overview
GreenWave Clean Solutions Inc. is currently looking for an experienced cleaner to join our team for a part-time cleaning position at a bank location in Tracadie-Sheila, New Brunswick.
This position is ideal for someone who has previous cleaning experience, is reliable, detail-oriented, and understands the importance of working in a professional and secure environment.
The current position is part-time at one bank location. However, this role may become a stepping stone into a full-time position later this year, around November, as we are preparing for a new client site to begin at that time.
Because both the bank and the upcoming full-time client site are secure locations, all applicants must be able to pass a background check. The background check for the future secure site may take approximately two months to complete.
Successful candidates would begin working at the bank location first. If the candidate performs well and successfully passes the required background check, there may be an opportunity to transition into a full-time position at the new secure location.
Time Tracking Requirement
All work hours are tracked through a company time-tracking app. The app is geofenced and geolocated, meaning employees must clock in and clock out while physically present at the assigned work location. This is required for accurate payroll, attendance verification, and site security compliance.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain the assigned bank location to a professional standard
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas
- Clean washrooms, staff areas, offices, counters, floors, and common spaces
- Empty garbage and replace liners as required
- Follow all cleaning procedures and security requirements
- Clock in and clock out using the company’s geofenced time-tracking app
- Ensure the location is properly secured after cleaning
- Report any issues, damages, or concerns to management
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is strongly preferred
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to use a smartphone-based time-tracking app
- Must be able to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Experience cleaning banks, offices, or secure facilities is an asset
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
