As our company is continuing to grow, we are currently seeking a second Account Manager and Estimator to join our growing team.
Job Title: Account Manager and Estimator
Location: Mississauga Office (In person)
Vacant Position: Permanent, Full Time
The candidate will perform the following job duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within CRM systems to track customer site
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and high levels of satisfaction.
- Proactively monitor and follow up on renewals, estimates, and quotes through multiple communication channels until final customer decisions are reached.
- Generate and manage contract quotes through the ERP system, while supporting clients with new maintenance contract requests.
- Prepare accurate, detailed proposals and responses to secure profitable service agreements.
- Partner with the Finance department to facilitate the setup and processing of new customer contracts.
- Interpret project requirements and translate them into comprehensive and competitive service estimates.
- Clearly communicate and justify service estimates to clients, outlining scope, inclusions, and exclusions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external suppliers to gather required information and pricing for estimates.
- Build and maintain strong, executive-level relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites and industry tradeshows to support client engagement and business development efforts.
- Provide WSIB Clearance Certificates to customers upon request, ensuring compliance and documentation accuracy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
- Enhance client satisfaction through proactive communication, ongoing support, and regular follow-ups.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate internal resources to meet client expectations and service requirements effectively.
- Conduct regular client check-ins to identify opportunities for service improvements and account growth.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions, account activity, and issue resolutions.
- Track customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Drive high customer retention through relationship management and effective problem resolution.
- Prepare account renewals, service updates, and repair quotes in alignment with customer needs.
- Achieve customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth objectives.
- Meet customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth targets.

The successful candidate will also obtain the following qualifications & skills for the position:
- Construction Estimate or Construction Management Certificate or similar educational background.
- Experience with ERP systems. Experience with FieldBoss/BigChange/SAP is an asset.
- 5+ years experience in similar role.
- Experience with generators is an asset.
- Awareness of TSSA, CSA rules and regulations is an asset.
- Attention to detail and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding business acumen with an ability to work with all levels of the organization.
- Go-getter attitude equipped with a specialty in and building & maintaining long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Goal-oriented, energetically focusing efforts on meeting priority objectives.
- Proven skills at establishing and building key business partnerships both externally to drive revenue and internally to optimize effectiveness and efficiency.
- Must hold a valid G Class driver’s license with access to reliable transportation.
- Willing to travel.
