We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in supporting daily office operations, invoicing, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining efficient administrative processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent organizational abilities, and experience customer service functions. Experience with spreadsheets in required. This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment where attention to detail and multitasking are essential.
Duties
- Supporting our New Home Construction division with administrative support, such as; invoicing, new job setup, client communications, scheduling, etc.
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries via phone or email, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer support.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
- Strong typing skills along with proofreading capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills that ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines
