Peterborough Volkswagen is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our growing team!
Are you a highly motivated individual with exceptional communication skills and a knack for building rapport? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love helping people find their perfect vehicle or service solution? If so, we want to hear from you!
As a BDC Representative, you will be the vital link between our customers and our dealership, responsible for:
- Responding to internet, phone, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Scheduling check-in times (appointments) for service departments.
- Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met and building lasting relationships.
- Identifying customer needs and providing accurate information about our products and services.
- Maintaining accurate customer records in our CRM system.
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a BDC role or customer service/sales environment (automotive experience a plus!).
- Inside sales experience, this is a commission based pay plan
- Exceptional phone etiquette and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency and comfort with CRM software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to exceed expectations.
- Goal-oriented with high performance for achieving targets.
