Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team toward achieving business objectives. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Manage inventory, merchandising, pricing, and purchasing to optimize product presentation and profitability
- Oversee payroll, budgeting, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks to maintain accurate records
- Conduct recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, and development of team members
- Handle cash handling procedures, cashiering duties, and POS system operations
- Coordinate marketing initiatives to promote store offerings and brand awareness
- Monitor store performance through sales management metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, leadership growth, and employee engagement
Skills
- Strong leadership with supervising experience in retail or similar environments
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Proficiency in negotiation, merchandising, pricing strategies, and sales management
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for diverse customer interactions
- Skilled in recruiting, interviewing, training & development to build high-performing teams
- Experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative functions
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering operations
- Strong organizational skills with effective time management capabilities
- Customer service expertise with phone etiquette and conflict resolution skills
- Marketing knowledge to support promotional activities and store branding efforts
- Competence in using math for financial calculations and data analysis
