What You Will Do
- Take full ownership of estimating roofing and cladding scopes from enquiry through to submission
- Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings to accurately assess project requirements
- Perform detailed take-offs for flat roofing, waterproofing, and cladding systems
- Build strong pricing with subcontractors, suppliers, and manufacturers
- Identify risks, cost pressures, and smarter installation approaches
- Contribute to value engineering and alternative system proposals
- Strengthen bid strategy with practical, real-world buildability insight
What You Bring
- 5 years’ estimating experience within roofing, cladding, or building envelope
- Strong knowledge of flat roofing systems, waterproofing, and façade or cladding systems
- Ability to read drawings, specs, and confidently interpret scope gaps
- Commercial awareness with a feel for competitive pricing in the market
- Self-starter who takes ownership and delivers consistently
- Valid driver’s license
