As a Falkbuilt Project Coordinator, you will support the successful execution of projects by coordinating activities, maintaining project documentation, and facilitating communication between project execution teams, the production team and Falkbuilt Branches. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:

Support Project Managers with the planning and coordination of multiple projects.

Prepare, print, and organize work orders, labels, and production-related documentation.

Ensure accuracy and timely distribution of materials to project coordination teams.

Coordinate with project managers to meet daily operational requirements.

Navigate through Falkbuilt’s proprietary software, Echo.

Identify and flag inconsistencies or missing information in documentation.
Requirements:

2+ years of project coordination, project administration, or related experience.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong computer skills, with the ability and willingness to learn Echo.

Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with both office and production staff.

Reliable, consistent, and able to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.
