Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pack parts in the proper container as noted on the master packing specification
- Wash parts per instructions
- Final visual audit inspection of all parts before they are put into stock or shipped
- Follows company safety policies, wear glasses and hearing protection
- Report all quality, production, and safety problems to the supervisor
- Available for overtime as required
- Suggest methods of improvement, (i.e. Continuous Improvement Plan)
- Re-work parts as per instructions
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1-3 years previous manufacturing or production experience
- Capable of lifting up to 35lbs continually
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand 8 hours a day and work shifts
- Reliable transportation to get to work on a rotating shift schedule
