What You'll Do as an Entry Level Account Manager

- Guide customers through the enrollment process by explaining available products, services, promotions, and account options with confidence and professionalism.
- Build lasting customer relationships by providing accurate information, answering questions, and delivering exceptional service throughout every interaction.
- Stay informed on current products, promotions, and service updates so you can confidently educate and support customers.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve individual and company goals while continuously developing your communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
Qualifications We Value in an Entry Level Account Manager
- High school diploma or GED required.
- A bachelor's degree is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
