Position Type: Full-Time, Day Shift (Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week)
Starting Wage:
- $23.00 – $25.00/hr: Entry-level / No foundry experience
- $25.00+/hr: Experienced candidates (commensurate with skills, role, and depth of experience)

The Roles We Are Hiring For
We are seeking both Experienced Foundry Workers / Molders / Coremakers and Foundry Laborers to join our day-shift team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foundry Operations: Pouring non-ferrous alloys (aluminum and bronze) and shaking out molds.
- Molding & Coremaking: Crafting quality molds and cores for precision casting (for experienced applicants).
- Finishing: Cutting, grinding, and using hand tools to finish castings to quality standards.
- Facility Support: General housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe shop environment.
What We Are Looking For
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and strong mechanical inclination.
- Solid workmanship and a keen eye for quality.
- Reliable attendance, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
- Prior foundry, molding, or metalworking experience is a major plus (though not required for entry-level roles).
