Responsibilities
- Setup buffets and monitor food levels, refresh as necessary
- Setup coffee stations and refresh as necessary
- Monitoring the room and removing dirty dishes and glassware
- Responds to guest requests in a timely manner
- Tear down coffee and buffet stations
- Takes ownership of guest complaints, finding creative ways to solve problems and follow-ups with the guest
- Performs other tasks assigned by management
Requirements
- Has flexible availability: day, evenings, weekends, stat holidays, etc.
- Is a friendly, energetic person who prides themselves on creating memorable guest experiences through warm & genuine service
- Has previous banquet experience
- Is able to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced and energetic environment
- Takes initiative and recognizes opportunities for success
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverage
- Understands that success lies in working together and enjoys being part of a team
- Speaks fluent English. Additional languages to connect with international guests is an asset
- Is excited to belong to a team of caring, warm, energetic Team Members
- Has Serving it Right certificate
- Has Food Safe certificate
