Innovative Thermal Solutions Inc. (ITS Cooling) is a Canadian manufacturer specializing in custom thermal management solutions for high-performance electronics. We design and manufacture products including cold plates, heat sinks, heat pipe assemblies, and advanced cooling systems serving a wide range of industries.
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated General Labourer to join our Night Shift team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with production and manufacturing activities
- Perform assembly, packaging, and material handling tasks
- Load and unload materials as required
- Support machine operators and production staff
- Inspect products for quality and report any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory-related activities when required
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is considered an asset
- Ability to lift and move materials safely
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Forklift experience is an asset (but not required)
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
