Since 2022, we've helped thousands of clients secure funding for diploma and certificate programs across BC.
About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to connect with prospective students both over the phone and out in the field. This role combines call-based outreach with door-to-door canvassing in target neighborhoods across Metro Vancouver to introduce people to government-funded education options and get them started on a free eligibility assessment.
What You'll Do
- Canvass door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to introduce residents to StudentAid BC funding opportunities
- Reach out to inbound and warm leads interested in tuition funding
- Explain how the program works and how ONYX Capital supports clients end-to-end, whether in person or by phone
- Conduct free eligibility assessments on the spot or schedule follow-up calls
- Help prospects understand program options, funding amounts (avg. $35K/year), and next steps
- Guide qualified leads into the application and document-collection process
- Follow up consistently to keep candidates engaged through enrollment
- Maintain accurate records of door-knocking routes and lead status in our CRM
- Hit weekly/monthly door-knock, call, and enrollment targets
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable and confident with face-to-face, door-to-door outreach
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people
- Resilient and self-motivated, able to handle rejection and stay consistent in the field
- Sales, canvassing, door-to-door, or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound/inbound calls and follow-ups
- Multi-lingual candidates encouraged to apply (Punjabi, Hindi, Spanish a plus)
- Valid driver's license/reliable transportation an asset for covering field territories
- Comfortable with CRM tools and basic tech

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive Comission Based. Bonuses Included
Pay: $8,000.00-$20,000.00 per month
