Reporting to the Surveillance Manager (casino) or Corporate Surveillance Manager (CO), this position focuses on risk mitigation, audit and risk management, and loss prevention. The Senior Operator monitors Casino operations, cash transactions, gaming activity, and all points of physical and technical access to ensure the protection of Casino and guest property, assets, and information. This position acts as a dedicated resource for more complex and specialized tasks in the areas of audit, investigations, and risk assessment.
Performing systematic analysis and data mining in accordance with the surveillance audit program and surveillance risk manual. Producing reports with statements of facts, observations, and recommendations for subsequent audit requirements or conclusion. Assisting with investigations. Assisting with Surveillance Operator duties as required by operational needs. Handling other tasks as required to protect the integrity of the Casino’s operations and assets. Participate in other projects and activities as required, in support of SIGA’s priorities.
Successful completion of a Certificate in Business, Finance, Computer Science or Accounting would be preferred. Successful completion of a Certified Fraud Examiner Certification would be considered an asset. Minimum of one-year previous experience in Surveillance is required. Experience with Surveillance software, policies, and procedures. Strong knowledge of risk assessment and risk management is an asset.
