Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning
- Maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment by washing dishes and sanitizing work areas
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Support the kitchen team during busy hours by managing meal preparation efficiently
- Keep the work area organized and stocked with necessary supplies
- Follow all food safety regulations to uphold hygiene standards
- Assist in serving food to customers when needed, ensuring timely delivery of orders
- Dishwashing duties, Meal prep as required
Skills
- Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
