About Keeper
Keeper is a fast-growing collectibles company building a multi-channel marketplace across trading cards, comics, sealed wax, and sports memorabilia. We buy, catalogue, and sell collections at volume — online and through live selling — and we are scaling our operation out of our warehouse. This is a hands-on role building the back end of that operation from the ground up.
The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Manager to design, build, and run the operational engine of our collectibles business — from receiving and cataloguing inventory through to packaging and getting it out the door to customers. You will own the back of the house: how the space is set up, how product flows in and out, and how it gets listed for sale. This is a role for a builder, not a caretaker.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming inventory (intake), including scanning and logging
- Catalogue and list products into Shopify accurately and at volume
- Design, set up, and continuously improve the warehouse layout, zoning, and storage systems
- Build and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the team
- Manage inventory accuracy and stock levels across sales channels
- Oversee packaging, pick-and-pack, and fulfillment for fragile, high-value items
- Source and procure packaging and supplies, including custom packaging for non-standard products
- Coordinate shipping and carrier logistics (e.g. Stallion Express)
Essential Requirements
This role requires specific hands-on experience. Please apply only if you meet all of the following:
- Warehouse design & setup — Proven, hands-on experience designing and setting up a warehouse or fulfillment space from the ground up: space planning, zoning, storage systems, workflow, and bin/location organization. (Mandatory)
- Logistics — intake, outtake & cataloguing — Demonstrated experience managing inbound receiving (intake) and outbound fulfillment (outtake), including cataloguing and listing products into Shopify. (Mandatory)
- Packaging procurement — Experience sourcing and procuring packaging materials, including custom and specialty packaging for fragile or non-standard products. (Mandatory)
- Shopify — Intermediate, hands-on operational proficiency: 1–2+ years actively managing a Shopify store's products, variants, inventory, and collections day-to-day. (Required)
- Attention to detail & organization — Meticulous and process-driven, with a track record of accuracy when handling high-value, easily-damaged inventory.
- Self-starter — Comfortable building from scratch in a fast-moving environment and able to hit the ground running.
- Eligibility — Legally able to work in Canada and able to reliably commute to the warehouse.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of or genuine interest in collectibles (trading cards, comics, memorabilia)
- Experience with eBay, Whatnot, or Shopify marketplace/sales-channel integrations
- Familiarity with cataloguing tools such as Card Dealer Pro
Schedule & Environment
- On-site at the Keeper warehouse, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility as needed
- This is a contract position renewed on a monthly basis.
Apply through this posting with your resume. Applicants will be asked a short set of screening questions about the essential experience above — please be specific about your hands-on background.
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- Casual dress
- On-site parking
