We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales & Operations Support team. Reporting directly to the Team Lead, Sales & Operations Support, this role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting GardaWorld's products and services to prospective and existing customers. - Respond professionally to inbound customer inquiries through telephone and other communication channels.
- Promote and sell GardaWorld products and services while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through a professional, consultative approach.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and service solutions.
- Accurately enter and maintain customer information and sales records within company systems.
- Develop a thorough understanding of GardaWorld's products, services, and sales processes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Resolve customer concerns using strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to build rapport and close sales opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and common business software applications.
- Accurate data entry and record-keeping skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse, multigenerational team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, on-call shifts, and statutory holidays as business needs require.
