Responsibilities

- Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and consistency.
- Train, mentor, and develop staff in customer service excellence and operational procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Experience in bartending is a plus, enhancing beverage service offerings.
