GENERAL MACHINIST (JUNIOR LEVEL)

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a General Machinist required
- Process of Set-up (fixturing experience)
- Read job travelers and blueprints to determine tool angles, dimensions, and cuts
- Strong mathematical skills required
- Experience using precision tools (micrometers, microscopes, shadow graphs)
- Perform routine maintenance; cleaning, lubricating equipment, and dressing grinding wheels
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Help solve production issues, delays, or changing demands
- Wash, inspect, and package finished products for storage or shipment
- MUST have a valid drivers license and your own transportation
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum high school diploma
- Technical or Community College diploma or equivalent training
PAY RANGE:
- $23/hr to $24/hr depending on experience
