Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities.

- Maintain detailed and accurate client records of treatments performed and progress notes.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients at all times.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client flow and satisfaction.
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Stay informed about the latest techniques and industry standards through ongoing professional development.
Experience
- Valid licensure as a Massage Therapist is required.
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for new graduates.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous for understanding client conditions and treatment documentation.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Excellent communication skills to explain treatment procedures clearly and answer client questions confidently.
