Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Medical Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare and beauty services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients. You will be responsible for performing various aesthetic treatments, offering product recommendations, and managing the digital guest experience, including client intake and scheduling, to ensure a seamless journey from booking to treatment.
Duties
- Perform a variety of aesthetic services including advanced and customized facials, HIFU and IPL skin tightening, RF micro needling, laser hair removal with Alex and NdYAG, chemical peels and facial massages.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Assist with front desk operations including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products while promoting retail sales.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment focused on hospitality and guest services.
- Handle booking, re-scheduling and client support.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a medical aesthetician within the beauty industry.
- Certification from a Canadian institution.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in the aesthetic field.
- Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques is preferred.
- Proficiency in various aesthetic treatments such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and provide personalized recommendations.
