Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Dent Repair Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing dents, dings, and hail damage on vehicles to restore their appearance and value. Prior dealership experience and automotive repair knowledge are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Perform paintless dent repair (PDR) on various vehicle makes and models
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to remove dents and imperfections
- Assess damage and determine the most effective repair techniques
- Work with automotive parts and panels to ensure proper fit and finish
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet quality standards and deadlines
- Follow safety protocols at all times during repairs, including heavy lifting procedures
Requirements
- Dealership experience or automotive repair background preferred
- Mechanical knowledge with familiarity of hand tools, power tools, and automotive systems
- Prior experience with dent removal techniques or paintless dent repair
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
