POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments to join our inbound customer retention team.
Working in a call center setting, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls in both French and English, engaging with existing customers to address account concerns, resolve issues, and strengthen customer relationships. Your focus will be on retaining customers by identifying their needs, offering appropriate solutions, and promoting relevant products and services that enhance their overall experience.
This position is located in our Scarborough office, at the Markham Rd. and Hwy 401 area on Milner Ave.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Handle inbound telephone calls.
- Work in a fast paced environment and have the ability to adapt quickly.
- Consistently meet established program retention targets.
- Immediately and effectively provide exceptional customer service levels to resolve customer concerns and inquiries.
- Contact new and existing customers to promote products and services directly from our client’s database.
- Offer feedback to the program supervisor based on errors or improving results.
- Maintain a positive and productive attitude.
- Be available Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
- Demonstrate initiative and work in a team environment.
- Attend and actively participate in all required training programs
- Apply intermediate computer skills and accurate data entry to accurately input, retrieve and access customer information.

KEY ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Prior customer service and sales experience is an asset
- Enjoys working in a team environment
- Effective listening skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Satisfactory criminal and credit record check
COMPENSATION:
$18.60 per hour plus retention commission.
