Fair Beverage Bartender: $20.57/hour (PG74) plus 5% in lieu of benefits and vacation).
Fair Beverage Busser: $18.54/hour (PG63) plus 5% in lieu of benefits and vacation).

What will you do this year?
In your role as a Beverage Bartender & Busser, your primary accountabilities will be to:

Dispense and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages during the Fair at the PNE.

Provide friendly and professional service while being an effective salesperson.

Process beverage orders efficiently and accurately.

Adhere to the rules and regulations outlined by Serving it Right.

Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the restaurant, cafeteria, or beer garden.

Remove soiled dishes from tables and transport them to the kitchen or wash soiled dishes in the kitchen.

Provide exceptional and friendly guest service.

Must be at least 19 years of age or older due to licensing requirements.

Must have a valid Serving It Right Certificate.

Must be available for up to full-time hours from August 22 – September 7, including evenings and weekends.

Have an incredible ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume environment while maintaining a first-in-class hospitality and food and beverage experience.

Must have familiarity with the methods, materials, and equipment used in food service areas.

Must have the ability to work efficiently and effectively during peak periods.
When will you work?

Dates:

The PNE Fair runs from August 22nd – September 7th.

Training and orientation will take place throughout the 2 weeks prior to August 22nd depending on your department’s operational needs.
- Hours:
- The PNE Fair is open from 11AM – 11PM – with a variety of shifts available.

Availability Requirements:

Must be available for up to full-time hours (40 hours per week) including evenings, weekends, and late nights from August 22nd – September 7th.
