We are looking for an Operations Growth Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to grow into a leadership role as the company scales.
Your Mission
Be the operational engine that keeps the business moving every day.
You will work directly with the Founder to coordinate leasing and property management operations, support our sales team, manage workflows, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate new property onboarding and listing launches
- Manage leasing workflow from signed client to completed placement
- Support property management operations, including tenant coordination and client service workflows
- Coordinate showings with field associates and realtors
- Track daily operational tasks and follow up with team members
- Maintain project tracking in Notion and CRM workflows
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and backend operations partners
- Be open to make sales calls.
- Monitor response times and operational KPIs
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively recommend improvements
- Document and improve operating procedures
- Support special projects as the company grows

- Preferred experience in residential property management, leasing, real estate operations, or related fields
- Familiarity with tenant coordination, landlord communication, property onboarding, maintenance workflows, leasing processes, or property management software is an asset
- Experience working with landlords, tenants, property managers, real estate teams, or residential portfolios is preferred
