What you will be doing as a Sales Manager:
· Meet with homeowners to assess window and door replacement needs
· Present product options and explain features and benefits
· Prepare quotes and close sales
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships
· Follow up with leads and previous customers
· Achieve monthly sales targets
· Represent the company professionally at all times
What you should have as a Sales Manager:
· Previous sales experience in a similar industry/environment
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated with a positive attitude
· Comfortable working independently
· Ability to close sales and handle objections confidently
· Basic computer and organizational skills
What you will receive in return as a Sales Manager:
· $70 - $80K based on experience
· Commission on top of base earning with high earning potential

Shift Time for a Sales Manager:
· 11am to 7pm
· Store is open Monday through Saturday – shift based level of business
Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
