Growing hospitality ownership and management company seeks an experienced and dynamic Housekeeping Supervisor for an IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITY. Be part of the exciting growth of our Inn.
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for the overall comfort and cleanliness of the Inn. They will work to establish standards of service and cleanliness and maintain these standards through training, daily supervision and performance evaluations. Management style must be "lead by example" with a passion for excellence.
Ideal candidate will be a dynamic, people oriented leader with brand experience. Ability to take exceptional care of your team will be required.
Ability to manage, supervise and inspect the daily cleaning of guest rooms, public areas and back of the house to ensure compliance with standards. Ability to recruit, train, schedule and motivate employees. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to control labor cost, linen and housekeeping supplies and maintain inventory levels.
Our Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations of the entire Housekeeping Department including rooms, front/back of house, public areas, and laundry.
Responds to guest requests, concerns and problems to ensure guest satisfaction.
Log items into the Lost and Found and answers inquires to maintain controls and ensure guest satisfaction.
Minimum 2 years housekeeping experience required.
Be able to effectively communicate with and continuously motivate the staff. Ability to work well with others at all levels.
Provides a clean, well-maintained Inn by assisting in the supervision of employees.
Proven track record for increasing guest comment scores and inspection scores.
Strong leadership and training skills. Ability to define and resolve problems in a professional manner.
Must be detail oriented, complete assignments timely, and show a sense of urgency. Ability to handle multiple priorities.
